Related issues are potentially endless, particularly with future site changes/overhauls and their abandoned URL’s that have desirable search engine clout. But the SEO’s have the upper hand. It’s easy to fix these problems, it’s just that web designers are generally oblivious to the problem.. But this has become a buzz-phrase. The web designers need to understand how search engines see pages as well as how humans see pages. They know they aren’t designers and they know they need clever artistic designers to build something that is not just functional but also attractive. In the redesign – many web designers destroy any search engine clout currently enjoyed and end up with a negative affect for the site. Session ID’s are a handy means of keeping state and identity across several pages for a particular user’s sequence of pages within the domain per session. Try that on your web designer – if there’s the slightest questioning lift of eyebrows – run. Both skills are needed. The URL problem is not limited to the use of shopping cart software like OS Commerce and others that make use of session ID’s, although they are default offenders. And realise that now they have two landlords – their High St premises owner and Google (and/or Yahoo, MSN, etc…). The converse is not generally true. A popular web presence is no longer the breeze it used to be. Here’s why it’s going to be years… decades. Only now the site is devalued in the eyes of the search engine because it clearly duplicates content. The htaccess 301 redirect resolves all this. Many of these are attractive, functional and compelling for visitors. Since people in business generally have a skill base that doesn’t include web site design, they dip into the sizable pool of inexpensive web creator talent around. Quilts on a Thousand Hills

"Aunt Joe! Aunt Joe!" Alice called down the stairs.

(Everyone called Josephine Aunt Joe. But, I call her that for a special reason. After all,
she was my step great-aunt in-law.)

"What do you need Alice," Aunt Joe replied.

"You gave away our quilt. Did you forget that we are getting company tonight?"

Aunt Joe and her husband were missionaries in Africa. It was very difficult to get
supplies and even harder to get luxuries like quilts. Even though they were in Africa, they
lived high in the mountains where it got cold at night and blankets were necessary. Alice
was her housekeeper. There were two very important church leaders coming to inspect
their mission and stay the night with them. They would get very cold without a quilt.

"That's right," Aunt Joe said thoughtfully, "We better pray about it. After all, you know the
Lord owns the quilts on..."

"Stop right there," said Alice, "I know what you're going to say. You are going
to say that the Lord owns the quilts on a thousand hills. But how is he going to
get you one here by tonight?"

"Well, lets just pray about it." And that is what they did. When they got off of their
knees, they fixed up the guest room the best they could. Then they went downstairs.

When they went into the kitchen, right by the back door there was a barrel. What
a surprise! When they had gone upstairs it was not there. As they looked at it they
noticed that it had been sent from the United States.

"Look," said Aunt Joe, "It's the mission barrel. My husband must have brought it
while we were upstairs and we did not hear it."

They eagerly opened up the barrel and do you know what they saw? ... They saw
shirts and pants; blouses and skirts; socks and shoes. They eagerly took the clothes
out of the barrel and clear at the bottom there was a quilt. It was a beautiful quilt. It
was a thick quilt. It looked like it would keep a bed very warm. They quickly took
the quilt upstairs and it just fit the bed. It was even the right size.

and can supply every need that you have. Also, don't forget to listen for His voice. You
might be the next one He calls on to share in His fun.

Quilts on a Thousand Hills

You may feel a poke of fear as if you are "giving away the farm." Let's stop this craziness and create a mindset of abundance. Rejoice whenever you see success and realize that there is plenty more where that came from. People are afraid to help coworkers too much for fear of losing their competitive edge. The definition of the Law of Attraction is: "You get what you think about. You can relax. Believing that you better grab a piece of the pie because there is only one pie and that is not enough for everybody!It starts as a young child, especially if you have siblings. Your parents' bring out the dessert, everyone grabs and then it is gone. There is the feeling that because they have we can't have. When we focus on what we don't have we get more "don't have. There is enough of everything you want.whatever, take a minute to think or if you are brave enough say it out loud, "Thank you for your success because you are showing me that I can do that to. Look around you and notice what you are thankful for. How can you be helpful to your coworkers? How can you demonstrate an abundance mindset? Then watch how you feel as you give freely.
